My name's Simon and I run Core Entertainments with my partner Tracy. After organising hundreds of events in the past, I found that one of the biggest disappointments was the over-priced DJ. Often, he'd only play what he wanted to play or worse still, just plug in a laptop and disappear for an hour or two! To give you a better nights entertainment Core Entertainments was launched dedicating our talents to entertaining you. Now we are proud to be able to offer you more! Having worked with many Bands and Tribute Artistes over the years we are now able to recommend only the best of these for your special function.

After working in the entertainments industry for many years now  we have put together A hand picked dedicated team of Disc Jockeys that are talented and passionate about what they do!

 Core Entertainments has been set up to offer you something extra, to give you better options for your event Disc Jockeys that except playlists and take requests and will make announcements for you.

Our aim is to offer top quality entertainment with artistes that are passionate about what they do, to give you the best night of  entertainment, the one stop package.  So book the Disco you require and if you want something  extra to make you’re night even more of a talking point let us help.

We have worked with comedians, look-a-likes, tribute artistes, balloon modelers and kids entertainers not to mention the many bands over the years.

Some of these have been very good and some have been a disappointing let down.  Knowing that the entertainment industry changes so much with new and old talent, we dedicate our time to finding the best artistes for your event.

 We insist that all our Disc Jockeys equipment is Portable Appliance Tested (PAT) and that their equipment has an electrical safety certificate to prove this. All our DJ’s have full Public Liability insurance (PLI), of at least £5,000,000.

It is a must by today’s standards and most venues will ask to see proof of this. We are happy to provide copies of the relevant certificates on request. Which we can do in advance of your function with the venue, one less concern for you.
